St. Johns, Florida – This page is dedicated to those hard working coaches, parents and players who are dedicated to starting their own programs. The members of First Coast Lax have collectively started and consulted with more than 20 high school programs and are happy to share some of the components to building a great, competitive lacrosse program. There are no secrets, and no one on the First Coast wants to have a monopoly of ‘good lacrosse’. We all want to see the game grow and become more competitive and this is only possible by building many highly competitive teams! The views of this BLOG are unique and you may not agree with all of the methods. We hope the writings serve as a productive dialog for creating good lacrosse programs on the First Coast.
